del Studio is the data controller for enquiries made through this site. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we store the details you provide: your name, email address, and — if you choose to add them — your phone number, agency name and message.
We also record the approximate country your request came from (derived at the network edge) and the page you submitted from. We do not store your IP address, and we set no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to discuss building your website. We do not sell or share your details with third parties, and we do not add you to any marketing list without asking.
Where it lives
Your enquiry is stored in our database on Cloudflare and a notification is sent to our own inbox via our email provider, Brevo, so that we see it. These providers process the data on our behalf under their own data-protection terms.
Retention & your rights
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up, then remove them. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you — just email hello@del.studio and we will action it promptly.
